CUSTOMIZATION
If you want something different, we’ll provide personalized recommendations and mock-ups of the artworks in your space to help you visualize the size. Once you've selected a size, we’ll move on to choosing a colour(if you want different) that complements your interior.
Once you've decided on the size and colour, and placed your order, we'll start creating your custom piece, which takes approximately 2-4 weeks. Upon completion, we’ll send photos and arrange shipping with a tracking link. The artwork will include a wall hanger and installation instructions, which we’ll also email in case you’d like to arrange a professional installer.
We’ll personally follow up to ensure the artwork arrives safely and to address any installation questions. After installation, we’ll check in again to confirm you're completely satisfied—and would love to hear your feedback (and see a photo, if possible).

If you wish to purchase a piece that is currently out of stock, please don’t hesitate to let us know, and we’ll create the artwork for you within 2-4 weeks.
SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME BEFORE SHIPPING

Original Artworks in Stock are typically shipped within 3 business days after purchase.

Made-to-Order Pieces (custom sizes or colors) are completed within 2-4 weeks and, once finished, you will receive photos of the completed artwork. After your approval, the artwork will be shipped immediately. Please allow extra time for delivery depending on your location.
SHIPPING COST & DELIVERY
International Orders: Shipping is FREE for all international orders, regardless of destination, package size, or weight. While we strive to offer free delivery to all countries, we recommend contacting us before finalizing your order to confirm the delivery conditions, as they may vary depending on your location.
CUSTOMS, VAT & IMPORT DUTIES
Please note that customs fees, VAT, and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are not included in the price of the artwork and will be due upon delivery. This also applies to gifts or purchases made on behalf of another recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have control over customs or import duties and cannot provide an exact amount in advance. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
REFUND POLICY
RETURNS & REFUND ON ORIGINAL ART
Collectors have a 14-day return period from the time they receive their artwork if they change their mind after seeing it in person. We understand that once the artwork is in your space, it may not always look as expected. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us to request a return.
The artwork must be repackaged in the same way it was delivered, including all accompanying certificates and documentation. We will arrange for the artwork to be picked up and returned.
The cost of return shipping and insurance will be covered by the purchaser and will be deducted from the refund once the artwork has been returned to us.
If the artwork is returned in a condition less than it was originally sent, the cost of repairs or damage will be deducted from the refund amount.
In case of damage during shipping, the return will be covered under the delivery insurance, and the purchaser will be reimbursed for any damaged artwork.
